Summary
- Assists in the performance of various duties in support of the legal and compliance requirements of Credit Solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Works with staff members and external vendors, when appropriate, to support processes and timelines for to maintain act letters, repo packets, and loan work outs.
- Reviews and responds to internal and external correspondence,
- Works with the Collections Administrative Specialist and/or management to ensure timely follow up to e-Oscar and Direct dispute processing, as well as appropriate legal follow up.
- Prepares, processes, and notates system expense invoices.
- Assists with managing reports, pipelines and workflows to support collection and retention analyst including but not limited to foreclosures, bankruptcies, offsets, charge off, and liquidation follow up
- Reviews accuracy of information and uploads documents as needed to document management system for a variety of processes
- Assists in handling of incoming calls
- Is responsible for adhering to operational controls, including compliance with all required regulations and policies such as the CFPB, Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) and Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) to ensure the safety and soundness of the Franklin Mint Federal Credit Union and its members.
Qualifications
Education/Experience
- High school diploma plus a minimum of 3 years related experience required.
