A week in life for this role?
The focus for the Analyst is to play a key role in executing the Firm’s engagements. Our engagements range from executing strategic development programs to tactical regulatory filings. Our Analysts assist in defining they why, what and how of each engagement. Analysts will receive significant responsibility and ownership over their work including opportunities to engage with clients and other key stakeholders.
A sample of the types of projects that would most certainly routinely occur:
- Support development of clinical roadmaps, pre-IND meetings, IND filings, and early-phase trial planning.
- Assist in regulatory strategy and execution, including submissions and scientific advice meetings.
- Collaborate on integrated product development plans spanning clinical, regulatory, and operational aspects.
- Contribute to thought leadership initiatives and knowledge management (e.g., AI-driven tools, training content).
- Participate in client meetings and help manage project deliverables to ensure timelines and quality standards are met.

Qualifications / Ideal Candidate Profile
Education & Experience:
- Undergraduate degree with advanced degree preferred (PharmD, MS in Life Sciences, or related field).
- 1–3 years of professional experience in regulatory affairs, clinical development, or management consulting.
- Prior internships or experience in biotech/pharma environments strongly preferred.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Technologically savvy; interest in automation and AI tools for process optimization.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
