We are a small locally owned business that sells all local products with clean ingredients from local vendors. Look for a couple people to work till close weekdays and must be able to work open- close Saturday. Must be comfortable working on your own and be able to multitask.
We close at 6 during the week and 4 on Saturday so no late nights and no Sundays except for special events throughout the summer. Close typically takes 30 minutes. There will be a need during the summer and spring break where open availability will be needed to cover employee vacations and more hours will be needed
Overview
We are seeking a detail oriented Customer Service Associate / Cashier to join our team. In this role, you will be the face of our company, providing exceptional service to our customers while efficiently handling transactions. Your ability to communicate effectively and manage cash operations will be crucial in creating a positive shopping experience for our clientele.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their inquiries, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
- Operate the cash register accurately, processing transactions and handling cash with precision.
- Maintain knowledge of current products and local vendors.
- Stock shelves and ensure merchandise is displayed neatly.
- Take initiative to see what needs to be done and do it to keep the store running smoothly.
