Responsibilities
- Greet customers promptly and professionally, assessing their automotive needs.
- Provide detailed explanations of service recommendations, including tire service, oil changes, brake repairs, and other vehicle maintenance tasks.
- Schedule appointments and manage the workflow in the service department to ensure timely completion of services.
- Collaborate with technicians to relay customer concerns and ensure accurate diagnostics and repairs.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, services performed, and follow-up recommendations.
- Upsell additional services or products based on customer needs while maintaining transparency and trust.
- Ensure a clean and organized service area to enhance the customer experience.
Experience
- Proven experience in customer service, in a Service Advisor role.
- Familiarity with vehicle maintenance practices such as oil changes, brake repairs, tire services, and auto body repair is highly desirable.
- Previous experience in automotive sales or auto service management is a plus.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical information clearly to customers.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks.
