We specialize in commercial flooring solutions and value-added services including interior design, cosmetic interior renovation, carpet care and maintenance, reclamation, and more.
Summary:
Central point person responsible for the logistics of projects. Serves as a safe guard and internal control for processes and represents the company as a professional liaison to suppliers and vendors.
Knowledge & Awareness of Projects:
Responsible for having a general awareness of upcoming and ongoing projects that are running and how their position plays a role in project success.

Hours:
· 8:30am-5:00pm Monday through Friday (With flexibility to work afterhours and weekends if needed)
Responsibilities:
· Support all company processes and procedures including processing purchase orders and tracking ordered material
· Upkeep and maintain all supplier material information in Procent software
· Set up and verify information for new jobs
· Maintain customer communication
· Enter information into system for new vendors, customers, and installers
· Verify installer insurances, background checks, etc.
· Make adjustments to installation schedule as needed
· Assist account managers and accounting department as needed
· Assist with administrative tasks/projects as needed
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
