Product Manager | SaaS | $140K - $160K | Lawrenceville, GA

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Product Manager to shape the future of financial and accounting software solutions for enterprise and mid-market customers. The successful candidate will lead roadmap strategy and execution—aligning customer needs, market insights, and business goals to deliver data-driven, high-impact product outcomes.

This position is ideal for a strategic product leader who enjoys defining vision, guiding cross-functional execution, and building solutions that empower finance professionals through automation, insight, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and deliver product strategies and roadmaps aligned with customer and market needs.
• Conduct deep market, customer, and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and guide investment decisions.
• Translate business objectives into clear product requirements, epics, and measurable outcomes.
• Partner closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Support to capture feedback and ensure customer pain points are addressed in roadmap planning.
• Collaborate with Marketing to craft compelling value propositions and drive awareness of new capabilities.
• Mentor and guide Product Owners and Business Analysts, promoting clarity, accountability, and execution excellence.
• Manage product communications and performance tracking, ensuring alignment with company objectives and KPIs.
• Address customer escalations thoughtfully, balancing short-term resolution with long-term strategic improvements.
• Support Sales in new business and renewal opportunities with roadmap insights and product value articulation.
• Make financially disciplined decisions based on P&L ownership, prioritization trade-offs, and ROI considerations.
• Lead discovery activities and design sprints to validate concepts and define user-centric solutions.

Requirements:

• 7–10 years of product management experience in SaaS or enterprise software, ideally in accounting or finance solutions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
• Proven experience managing product roadmaps, leading discovery and execution, and driving commercial outcomes.
• Strong financial acumen with demonstrated success managing by P&L and aligning product priorities with business goals.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical teams.
• Experience mentoring and leading cross-functional contributors.
• Certifications such as Pragmatic Institute, SAFe POPM, or equivalent are advantageous.
