This is a full-cycle sales opportunity for someone who enjoys creating opportunities, building relationships, and closing business. The successful candidate will play a key role in expanding market presence while helping to establish and refine a scalable sales process.
The Opportunity
This role combines outbound business development, opportunity qualification, relationship management, and revenue generation. You'll focus on healthcare organizations across the Northeast and surrounding markets, engaging decision-makers to identify challenges and introduce solutions that support operational efficiency, security, compliance, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
- Generate new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, networking, referrals, events, email, phone, and LinkedIn outreach.
- Build relationships with executive stakeholders, including owners, COOs, CFOs, operations leaders, and IT decision-makers.
- Manage opportunities from initial engagement through qualification and deal progression.
- Conduct discovery conversations to uncover business, compliance, security, and technology challenges.
- Maintain a healthy pipeline and accurately track activity through CRM systems.
- Work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to advance opportunities through the sales cycle.
- Provide market intelligence, customer feedback, and competitive insights.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of sales processes, messaging, and go-to-market strategies.
Candidate Profile
Required:
- 2–6 years of successful B2B sales experience in a quota-carrying role.
- Proven track record of generating pipeline and driving revenue.
- Direct healthcare sales experience, including experience selling into:
- Nursing homes
- Assisted living facilities
- Healthcare providers
- Specialty healthcare organizations
- Healthcare technology environments
- Experience engaging senior-level decision-makers.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
Preferred:
- Experience selling healthcare technology, EHR/EMR solutions, or compliance-focused services.
- Familiarity with HIPAA and regulated healthcare environments.
- MSP, managed services, cybersecurity, cloud, or IT solutions sales experience.
- Experience building territories, sales processes, or go-to-market strategies from the ground up.
