Lead Network Engineer | 160-175k Salary and a 20k-30k bonus.
In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting secure, high-performance network environments across our organization. You will work closely with Systems, Cloud, and Security teams to ensure our network is reliable, scalable, and protected against emerging threats.

What You’ll Do
- Design, implement, and maintain LAN, WAN, WLAN, and SD-WAN infrastructures
- Configure and manage routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs, and load balancers
- Support and optimize network performance, monitoring tools, and traffic analysis
- Troubleshoot complex network issues across Layer 1–7
- Implement network security best practices, including segmentation, policy enforcement, and firewall rule management
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on infrastructure projects and migrations
- Maintain documentation of network diagrams, configurations, and processes
- Participate in on-call rotation for high-priority incidents and escalations
- Evaluate new networking technologies and contribute to roadmap planning
What We’re Looking For
- 3–7 years of experience as a Network Engineer or similar role
- Strong hands-on experience with Cisco, Fortinet, Palo Alto, or similar enterprise networking platforms
- Proficiency with routing and switching protocols (BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, STP, VLAN, VXLAN)
- Experience with firewalls, VPNs, IDS/IPS, and network access control solutions
- Familiarity with cloud networking (Azure, AWS, or GCP) a plus
- Experience with monitoring tools (SolarWinds, PRTG, Datadog, LogicMonitor, etc.)
- Scripting or automation skills using Python, Ansible, or similar tools a plus
- Strong documentation and communication skills
- Relevant certifications preferred: CCNA, CCNP, Network , CCIE
