We are hiring for two driver positions at the heart of what Franklin Feed does every day. Our drivers are the face of the company on the road and in our customers' driveways, barns, and fields. Position 1: Bag Driver

Delivers bagged feed products including livestock, poultry, and pet feeds to farm accounts, co-ops, and retail customers. You will load your truck, make your stops, carry and stack bags by hand, and return with clean paperwork.

What You Will Do

• Load and deliver bagged goods to farms, dealers, and retail customers on assigned routes
• Carry and stack 100 lb. bags into barns, storage areas, and customer locations
• Verify quantities and complete delivery paperwork accurately
• Maintain a clean truck and perform pre- and post-trip inspections
• Operate forklifts and skid loaders to load and unload skids

What We Are Looking For

• Valid driver's license with a clean record
• Ability to lift and carry 100 lb. bags repeatedly throughout the workday
• Detail-oriented with counts and documentation; friendly and service-focused
• Prior delivery or agricultural experience helpful but not required
• Ability to operate forklifts and skid loaders

Position 2: Bulk Driver

Operates a bulk tanker or auger truck to deliver loose feed to customers. This is a skilled driving role requiring precision with equipment, managing hopper, dump or auger delivery systems, and working closely with farm customers.

What You Will Do

• Operate a bulk delivery truck to deliver loose feed; load and verify weights before departure
• Navigate farm lanes and rural roads safely with a large vehicle
• Connect and operate blower or auger systems to fill bins and storage structures
• Complete manifests and keep accurate records of deliveries and mileage

What We Are Looking For

• Valid Class A CDL required
• Experience with bulk tankers, dump trailers, hopper trailers or auger delivery trucks preferred
• Comfort maneuvering large vehicles in tight farm environments
• Strong mechanical awareness; reliable and self-directed as routes often start early
• Detail-oriented with counts and documentation; friendly and service-focused
