Description:
Oversee packaging operations for custom point-of-purchase (POP) displays and fabricated components. This role ensures orders are packed accurately, safely, and shipped on time while leading a small team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Lead daily pack line operations and support team members
- Ensure all products are packaged to customer specs (kitting, labeling, protection)
- Coordinate workflow between assembly, fabrication, and shipping
- Monitor productivity, quality, and on-time shipments
- Troubleshoot packaging or material issues
- Train new employees and reinforce safety and quality standards
- 2 years in manufacturing, packaging, or assembly preferred
- Prior leadership or team lead experience preferred
- Experience with custom or made-to-order products is a plus
- Ability to read work orders, BOMs, and job specs
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Lift up to 50 lbs
- Stand and move throughout shift
- Work in a production environment with standard PPE
