Our practice serves patients of all ages—from infants to adults—and integrates airway health, functional dentistry, and biologically-informed care. This is an incredible opportunity for an assistant who wants more than “routine dentistry” and is excited to grow alongside a forward-thinking team.

• An Expanded Function Dental Assistant

• Comfortable assisting with a wide variety of procedures
• Confident working with infants, children, teens, and adults
• Calm, compassionate, and excellent at making patients feel safe and heard
• Organized, proactive, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment

What You’ll Do

• Assist chairside for a wide range of procedures, including:
• Holistic and biological restorative dentistry
• Airway-focused evaluations and treatments
• Functional appliances and growth guidance
• Infant, pediatric, and adult dental visits
• Support procedures such as:
• Myofunctional and airway-related treatments
• Lip and tongue-tie release appointments (training provided if needed)
• Prepare rooms, instruments, and materials with precision and care
• Educate and support patients and parents throughout treatment visits
• Maintain sterilization, infection control, and clinical organization
• Collaborate closely with doctors and team members to deliver exceptional care
