As a correctional cook, you prepare and serve meals to inmates in the kitchen of a correctional facility. Duties
- Prepare, cook, and assemble a variety of meals according to established recipes and menu specifications
- Ensure all food is handled safely, maintaining proper hygiene and sanitation standards at all times
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen stations, utensils, and equipment throughout your shift
- Follow food safety protocols diligently, including proper storage, temperature control, and cross-contamination prevention
