What are the responsibilities and job description for the Probation Officer position at Franklin County Probation?
Position is subject to the direction of the Chief Judge, Director of Court Services, and under the direct supervision of the Chief Probation Officer. Minimum Requirements: Bachelor's degree of an accredited college or university, preferably in criminal justice, social services, psychology, or related field and must possess a valid driver's license. Interviewing, interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills are required. Good computer skills are also necessary. Experience in the field of Probation/Court Services is preferred.
