What are the responsibilities and job description for the Assistant Director of Enrollment - Early Childhood position at Franklin County Board of Developmental Disabilities?
Manage all aspects of FCBDD center‐based enrollment, including rosters for preschool special needs, blended classrooms, and peer models.Communicate with families about openings, eligibility, and enrollment; provide parent tours as needed.Maintain strong partnerships with school districts and ensure all required enrollment materials are complete.Lead ongoing recruitment efforts for peer models and ensure classrooms remain fully staffed and enrolled.Oversee select Johnstown classrooms; supervise teachers, assistants, and the ECE Sub Coordinator.Support substitute onboarding, scheduling, and communication with staffing agencies.Serve as FCBDD’s district representative at IEP meetings when needed.Keep the parent handbook updated and user‐friendly.Oversee licensure and certification compliance for ECE teachers and assistants.Perform other duties as assigned.
