Franklin County Adult Education
Qualifications
- Driver education instructor license
- 22 years of age and has a high school diploma or its equivalent
- Clean driving record
Certifications
- Maine DOE Certification (Background Check) or ability to obtain CHRC
- Valid license

There are many other requirements but if the aforementioned requirements are met, we would like to speak with you.

If the applicant does not currently have their driver education instructor license but meets all the other requirements we would consider training the right candidate.

A list of the full requirements as mandated by the State of Maine can be emailed upon request.

The driving instruction will be done in tandem with CMCC on their Auburn campus.
Experience
- 6 years of driving experience as a licensed CDL Class A or B operator
- Per diem based on the qualified individual's schedule.
Reports To: Director of Franklin County Adult Education
Terms of Employment: As determined annually by the District.
Evaluation: Completed annually by Director or designee
FLSA Status: Non-exempt
