Warehouse loaders perform multiple tasks throughout the process of warehousing and distributing finished goods under the direction of the supervisor. Warehouse loaders are expected to handle finished goods in a safe manner, ensuring that all packages meet quality standards.

Requirements

• Inspect raw materials prior to performing operations to ensure proper quality standards and alert the supervisor to any substandard raw materials or prior operations
• Place all finished goods in the warehouse in their designated places, using proper handling procedures
• Keep accurate records of where each shipment is located in the warehouse
• Ensure that each package placed into the warehouse meet all quality specifications
• Loaders are required to correct any substandard, off-quality work that they produce
• Proper maintenance on equipment is required at all times
• Maintain necessary skills to achieve 100% efficiency
• Adhere to all company policies and promote safety in the workplace by following all company safety rules
• Promote goodwill and a positive company image to fellow employees and the community
• Maintain a clean workspace
• Perform other duties as required by the supervisor
