What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Tech/Grounds position at Franklin Companies?
Franklin Park Alamo Heights is accepting applications for Maintenance Tech/Grounds.
Tuesday through Saturday, 8am-5pm,
Pay: DOEQUALIFICATIONS:
- Previous maintenance experience, preferably in a health care or assisted living community setting.
THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL:
- Have a heart to serve Seniors.
- Have a minimum of one-year prior experience.
- Have serious attention to detail.
- Be very dependable.
- Want to work as part of a team.
- Have the ability to work patiently and appropriately with residents who may have significant problems with memory, reasoning, and/or other cognitive skills.
- Be willing to undergo a drug and background screen in accordance with local law/regulations.
