What are the responsibilities and job description for the Dining Room Servers position at Franklin Companies?
Franklin Park Sonterra, a one of San Antonio's premier independent and assisted living care community, is seeking energetic and personable dining room servers to join our dedicated team of culinary professionals.
Schedule: 5 days flex with weekend rotation.

DUTIES INCLUDE:
- Kitchen prep work; stocking
- Setting tables
- Taking orders table-side
- Serving meals
- Bussing tables and cleaning dining room
- Cleaning kitchen/dining room and miscellaneous duties like stocking
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Prior food service experience, preferably in a restaurant setting
- Flexibility: willingness to accommodate change
- Excellent “people skills”
- Dependability
- Knowledge of (or ability to quickly learn) sanitation and food handling regulations
WORK SCHEDULE:
- All staff work rotating weekends and holidays
- Shift options
- 2:00 pm - 8:00 pm
- 4:00 pm - 8:00 pm
- 10:30 am - 2:00 pm 4:30 pm - 8:30 pm (can work either, or both as a split shift)
- Sunday brunch only: 9:00 am - 3:00 pm
