Job Description
Everything at Franklin revolves around the customer. As an HVAC Manager, you will have the unique opportunity to take your career to the next level and lead a team of technicians.
Responsibilities
- Lead a team of service technicians and installers
- Assist in recruiting, hiring, training, and developing people
- Teach technicians to diagnose and repair HVAC equipment issues efficiently and honestly
- Train technicians to communicate with customers to help them understand what is going on with their HVAC system
- Provide operational oversight and support day to day operations
- Oversee and manage a warehouse of parts, supplies and equipment
- Have the opportunity to grow a team and be part of building something new
Requirements
- 5 years of experience as an HVAC Technician or similar role
- Strong mechanical knowledge related to HVAC systems
- Ability to read schematics and technical manuals accurately
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Universal EPA certification
