What are the responsibilities and job description for the Line Cook position at Frankies Spuntino Group?
F&F Restaurant Mt. Lebanon is looking for Part Time Line Cooks.
You’ll collaborate with all Back of House team members to ensure smooth service and consistent quality. This role requires a passion for food, a strong work ethic, teamwork, and a positive, can-do attitude, all while upholding company standards and delivering a great guest experience.
Requirements:
- 1 years kitchen prep or line experience ( Pizza or dough experience is a plus!)
- Weekend availability ( Saturdays and/or Sundays)
- An-depth knowledge of kitchen health and safety regulations
- Ability to work well in a stressful and fast-paced environment
- Basic knife skills and familiarity and comfortability in a small kitchen
- Outstanding communication and organizational skills
- Proven ability to be a team player
- Must be able to move, pull, carry or lift up to 50lbs on occasion and 15 pounds regularly.
- Have the ability to taste all foods to ensure correct preparation
- ServeSafe certification a plus
