What are the responsibilities and job description for the Licensed Barber position at Frankie's Barbershop?
What we’re looking for
- Proven barber experience, someone who knows the ends and outs: timing a cut, reading a head, handling a rush, and fixing a bad week
- A work history that holds up. Steady shops, references who will pick up the phone, and a reputation for showing up
- A people person. Clients should leave looking better and feeling like they were actually seen
- Someone who wants to help build this, not just rent a chair until something else comes along
- Kansas barber license in good standing, or the ability to be licensed before opening
- Own tools and a portfolio of recent work
Salary : $50,000 - $100,000
