Knowledge of all aspects of the accounting office, can step in when needed. CDK system
Bank deposits, cash sales and bank reconciliation on a daily basis
Post and process vendor invoices and payments.
Monitor accounts receivable aging and ensure timely collections.
Maintain accurate general ledger accounts and ensure proper account reconciliation
Oversee billing and L&T for any questions or a need to step in and help out
Process weekly payroll and payroll taxes for a staff of 25 using ADP payroll.
Pay monthly sales tax returns for the state and county
Monitor floorplan accounts, curtailments, interest expense and vehicle inventory
Post, reconcile and oversee Extended warranty, gap and cancellations
Assist in the monthly financial statement
Work closely with the owner and general manager
