Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of office areas, including desks, conference rooms, restrooms, kitchens, and common spaces using appropriate cleaning techniques and equipment.
- Professional appearance of the building’s exterior and interior glass surfaces.
- Handle janitorial duties such as trash removal, vacuuming, dusting, mopping floors, and sanitizing high-touch surfaces to maintain optimal hygiene standard.
- Adhering to manual handling safety protocols.
- Follow infection control procedures diligently to prevent the spread of germs and maintain a healthy environment for staff and visitors.
Skills
- Proven experience with knowledge of commercial cleaning or house keeping standards.
- Skilled in various cleaning techniques including window washing, floor care, pressure washing, and sanitation practices.
- Ability to handle cleaning chemicals safely while adhering to safety data sheet (SDS) guidelines.
- Strong manual handling skills with the ability to lift heavy objects safely.
- Excellent attention to detail to ensure all areas are thoroughly cleaned and sanitized.
- Good customer service skills to interact professionally with staff or visitors if needed.
- Familiarity with cleaning equipment operation including pressure washers, vacuums, buffers, and other tools.
- Knowledge of infection control protocols to maintain a hygienic environment in accordance with health standards.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced setting while managing multiple tasks efficiently.
- All supplies liquids, mop and vacuum provided.
