Part-Time
Frankie & Wally’s is looking for a friendly, energetic, and reliable Part-Time Barista & Cashier to join our team! We’re a busy neighborhood gourmet market and deli focused on great food, great coffee, and making every guest feel welcome.
This is a hands-on position for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is comfortable working both the register and coffee station.
Responsibilities
- Greet every guest warmly and provide excellent customer service
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently using our POS system
- Prepare espresso drinks, coffee, matcha, cold brew, and other beverages
- Become familiar with our menu and confidently answer customer questions
- Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately
- Package and organize takeout orders
- Keep the register, coffee station, counters, and guest areas clean and organized
- Restock cups, lids, milks, syrups, beverages, and other supplies throughout the shift
- Communicate clearly with the kitchen and front-of-house team
- Help maintain a smooth flow during busy breakfast and lunch periods
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards
- Assist with opening and closing duties as needed
- Jump in and help the team wherever needed

Compensation
$17–$18 per hour tips, depending on experience.
