Water Distribution Operator I
The Frankfort Plant Board has an opening for a full-time Water Distribution Operator. The successful candidate will perform skilled maintenance, repair, and construction work on the potable water distribution system.
Graduation from high school or equivalent, plus two years of construction experience. Must possess and maintain a valid Kentucky driver's license. Must obtain a valid Class A CDL issued by the Commonwealth of Kentucky during first year after appointment to the class. Must be able to respond to calls in emergencies at all hours.
We offer $18.89 - $28.34 hourly plus an excellent benefits package including Health, Dental, and Vision insurance and membership in the KY Retirement System. All applicants must be able to successfully complete drug screening and background investigation.
The Plant Board offers competitive wages (based upon individual qualifications) and an excellent benefits package which includes membership in the KY Retirement System, Deferred Compensation, Life, Health, Dental, Vision, Short & Long Term Disability, Holidays, Tuition Reimbursement Program, Vacation & Sick Leave.
