Gary Yeomans Frankfort Ford is seeking a Express Service Advisor to join our growing team. Our Service Department is busier than ever, and we are looking to fill this position immediately with a motivated, customer-focused professional who will help grow and expand our operations.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service by handling incoming calls, emails, and in-person interactions with professionalism and empathy
- Make outbound calls to current and prospective service customers
- Assist clients with scheduling service appointments, answering vehicle-related questions, and providing general support
- Actively contribute to the growth and success of the Express operation by promoting services and building customer relationships
- Work closely with the Service Manager to ensure efficient operations and high customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and documentation
- Recommend and upsell additional services or products based on customer needs
- Follow up with customers regarding their service experience and missed appointments
- Develop a working knowledge of vehicle maintenance requirements
- Document all customer interactions thoroughly in the CRM system
- Consistently deliver a high level of customer care
