What are the responsibilities and job description for the Manager on Duty position at FRANKENMUTH BAVARIAN INN LODGE?
Hours: 37-40 Hours average per week; 5 days per week.
Earliest start time: 8am
Latest End time: 10pm
Must be willing and able to work a variety of shifts between these hours, including weekends, weekdays, and holidays.

Coordinates and directs all operational functions at the Frankenmuth Gift Shops River Place Shops and Frankenmuth Gift Shops Main Street Stores during scheduled periods to insure proper level of service and quality are delivered. Directly supervises any employees and departments in the absence of department managers; secures all areas; handles all emergencies or guest complaints.
REQUIREMENTS:
Associates degree or minimum 2 years experience in a related position.
Ability to handle emergencies.
Effective written and verbal communication skills.
Able to cope with high-pressure situations and guest complaints.
Ability to give direction and supervision to hourly employees.
