What are the responsibilities and job description for the Attractions Supervisor position at FRANKENMUTH BAVARIAN INN LODGE?
FULL TIME – 37 hours per week. 5 days per week.
Earliest Start Time: 7:50 A.M. Latest End Time: 1:00 A.M.
Must be willing to work any combination of shifts between these hours, including morning and evening shifts. Weekdays, weekends, and some holidays.
JOB DESCRIPTION: Assists guests in our ropes course, climbing wall, mini bowling and laser tag attractions. Responsible for assisting guests with admission, and helping them with the necessary safety equipment needed. Will assist in insuring that all attractions meet state and company standards for cleanliness and safety. Ensure that all safety equipment is available and in good operating order. Provides outstanding guest experiences with a smile and professionalism. Oversees all attractions and their operations, safety, cleanliness and scheduling. Trains new team members to get them certified for operations of ropes and walls. Trains team members on laser tag operations.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
Neat appearance, friendly disposition.
Basic arithmetic skills.
Ability to stand, walk at all times, and lift moderate weights continually 50 lbs. max
Comfortable working on the ground and climbing to heights of no more than three stories.
Ability to talk to guests to promote our attractions in our fun center and water park.
Able to handle multiple tasks at a quick pace during peak periods.
Strong attention to detail and excellent observational skills.
Ability to receive all required certifications for position.
Ability to remember and use department verbiage for guest interactions.
