Responsibilities
- Maintains a clean, safe, sanitary, and welcoming environment throughout the community
- Performs routine cleaning duties in resident areas, common spaces, offices, restrooms, and other assigned locations
- Sweeps, mops, vacuums, dusts, sanitizes, and removes trash as part of daily custodial responsibilities
- Completes floor care and restroom sanitation in accordance with established standards
- Responds to routine cleaning requests and supports day-to-day building operations
- Follows safety procedures, infection control practices, and proper use of cleaning supplies and equipment
- Assists in maintaining the overall appearance and cleanliness of the campus
- Interacts professionally and courteously with residents, visitors, and team members
- Works independently and collaboratively to ensure assigned tasks are completed in a timely manner
