Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Estate Administration Paralegal to join our team. The successful candidate will primarily work with our administration team, with opportunities to assist in other areas as needed. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the administration of estates and trusts, including preparing and filing inventories, accounts, and other necessary documents.
- Communicate with clients, beneficiaries, and other parties involved in estate matters.
- Maintain accurate and organized case files and records.
- Collaborate with attorneys and other staff members to ensure efficient workflow and case management.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a paralegal, preferably in estate administration or related fields.
- Self-directed and able to work independently while also thriving in a team-oriented environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
