What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Technician position at Franke at Seaside?
Franke at Seaside is a senior residential community in Mount Pleasant, SC and is seeking an experienced, skilled Maintenance Technician that can evaluate as well as perform maintenance needs independently for all projects at Franke.
The jobs are diversifed such as carpentry, electrical, plumbing, painting and masonry. Must be able to perform routine and preventative maintenance independently with limited supervision.
Must be able to provide excellent customer service and maintain a clean, safe and orderly work site.
Must have a valid South Carolina drivers' license, in good standing and Journeyman in one or more trades, preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.15 - $24.27 per hour
