The Role You'll Play to Create Success
We are happy to announce a full-time Bilingual Receptionist and Workers’ Compensation Certificate Processor position filled with many exciting opportunities! In this role, you will have the opportunity to impact the FrankCrum business everyday by directing incoming calls, greeting visitors, and performing clerical duties as assigned.
- Answers incoming calls, screens, and directs.
- Provides callers with information such as company address, directions, fax numbers, company website, and other related information.
- Greets, checks-in, issues badge, and directs visitors to the corporate office.
- Collects payment and distributes payroll information to clients.
- Runs new-hire and termination reports.
- Accurately prepares, produces, and distributes workers’ compensation certificates and renewals for clients.
- Obtains written authorization from clients for additional charges.
- Communicates with clients in writing and by telephone in a professional and courteous manner.
- Maintains certificate files.
- Clocks in and out consistently and accurately by using the electronic timeclock system for all time worked and does not perform any work when not clocked-in.
The Attributes We Seek
Keys to success in this position include having one (1) year of customer service experience and high school diploma or equivalent. Must be fluent in Spanish and English.
