The Role You'll Play to Create Success
We are happy to announce a full-timeWorkers'Compensation Claims Supervisorposition filled with many exciting opportunities! This role contributes to the mission of FrankCrum bymanaging a team of claims specialists or analysts, coordinates with third-party administrators (TPAs), and ensures timely and accurate handling of claims. The supervisor acts as a liaison between TPA management, and insurance carriers to facilitate smooth claims resolution.
Keys to success in this position include knowledge of workers'compensation claims handling andworkers'compensation regulations, procedures, and disability management.Five (5) years of workers’ compensation claims adjusting experience and at least one (1) year of supervisory experience is required. A high school diploma or equivalent required.

The Role You'll Play to Create Success

- Assists the Director of Workers Compensation in overseeing ongoing supervision of third-party administrators (TPA) and insurance carriers.
- Coordinates with TPAs, legal counsel, to manage complex or litigated claims.
- Authorizes Reserves and settlements within established authority.
- Supervises daily operations of the workers’ compensation clerical support team, including assigning and reviewing work, providing training, and conducting performance evaluations.
- Oversees the investigation, evaluation, and processing of workers’ compensation claims for the TPA.
- Ensures appropriate and timely involvement of the carrier in claim escalation, large losses, or litigation.
- Maintains accurate and up-to-date documentation and records.
- Identifies opportunities for process improvements and cost-containment strategies.
- Conducts periodic audits of claims files and internal processes.
- Ensures compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and internal policies.
