Responsibilities
· Manage personal lines accounts, including auto, home, and umbrella coverage.
· Provide exemplary customer service by answering phones, assisting walk-in clients, and addressing inquiries.
· Handle endorsements, process payments, and review policy renewals.
· Generate quotes and assist in writing new business, including remarketing to partner carriers.
· Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and a positive, can-do attitude while working independently and as part of a team.
Qualifications
· Property and Casualty insurance license.
· Minimum of 2 years of experience in personal lines.
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Familiarity with RMV procedures and required documentation.
· Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
· Is proficient with the Agency Management System (AMS 360)
