In this role, you will be responsible for safely transporting and delivering products to our valued customers while maintaining excellent service standards and ensuring timely deliveries throughout the Seattle metropolitan area.Essential duties include, but are not limited to:Complete daily vehicle inspection and safety checks before starting delivery routesLoad and unload delivery vehicles according to prescribed safety standardsTransport and deliver products to customers following predetermined routes and schedulesVerify delivery information and obtain customer signatures for all completed deliveriesHandle delivery documentation accurately, including manifests and delivery receiptsOperate material handling equipment such as hand trucks and pallet jacks when necessaryReport any delivery issues, vehicle problems, or customer concerns to the dispatcherMaintain cleanliness and organization of delivery vehicleFollow all traffic laws and safety regulations while operating company vehiclesProcess customer returns according to company proceduresTrack and log all delivery activities using provided systemsQualificationsDesired Minimum Qualifications:Must have a valid Washington State driver's license with a clean driving record (minimum 3 years)Must pass pre-employment drug screening and background checkHigh School Diploma or GEDPhysical ability to lift and move items weighing up to 75 pounds repeatedlyProven experience in safely operating delivery vehiclesProficiency in using GPS navigation systems and delivery tracking applicationsStrong time management and organizational skillsExcellent customer service and communication abilitiesBasic math skills for processing delivery documentationKnowledge of Seattle metropolitan area streets and routesAbility to work in various weather conditionsSmartphone proficiency for delivery tracking and communicationPreferred Qualifications:Experience with material handling equipment (hand trucks, pallet jacks) preferredAdditional InformationAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.This is a safety-sensitive position.This employer participates in E-Verify and will provide the Social Security Administration and if necessary, the Department of Homeland Security with information from each new employee's Form I-9 to confirm work authorization.We do not provide H1-B sponsorships at this time.Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting.
