Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate pizza catering orders for parties, meetings, and special events
- Communicate with customers to confirm menus, quantities, dates, and service requirements
- Enter and maintain accurate catering orders and customer information
- Coordinate catering order details with kitchen and restaurant staff
- Prepare catering schedules and confirm order preparation and pickup times
- Monitor catering orders to ensure accuracy, quality, and timely completion
- Assist customers with menu selections, portion requirements, and catering options
- Coordinate packaging, pickup, delivery, and event service arrangements
- Process deposits, payments, invoices, and other approved catering transactions
