Retail Sales Associate - Must be 21 years of age or older
Hours: Friday 4-8pm Saturday 12-8pm additional shifts often available
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and offering product recommendations on wine, liquor and beer
- Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Stock shelves and merchandise products as needed
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and promotions
- Meet or exceed sales goals
Skills:
- Knowledge of wine, spirits and beer is a must
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English
- Organizational skills to maintain a neat and tidy sales floor
- Technical sales knowledge to effectively sell products

In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, assisting them with their purchases, and ensuring they have a positive shopping experience.
As a Retail Sales Associate, your main responsibilities will include greeting customers, answering their questions, processing transactions, stocking shelves, and maintaining the overall cleanliness of the sales floor. You will also be expected to stay up-to-date on product knowledge and promotions in order to provide accurate information to customers.
To excel in this role, strong time management skills are essential as you will need to prioritize tasks effectively while assisting multiple customers. Additionally, excellent verbal communication skills in English are necessary to effectively communicate with customers. Organizational skills are also important to ensure the sales floor is neat and tidy at all times.
Having technical sales knowledge of wine is a must as it will enable you to effectively sell products and provide recommendations based on customer needs. Knowledge of the liquor industry and POS computer experience preferred. Must be able to lift 70lbs
