We provide sharpening and tool maintenance services to wood processing and industrial operations across Florida and South Georgia.

We’re hiring a Regional Outside Sales Representative to grow and manage relationships across our service area—someone who understands that in this business, trust is earned over time and backed up by follow-through.

THE ROLE:
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in B2B or industrial sales
- Strong communication skills with the ability to connect across all levels of an organization
- Self-starter who can manage a territory and prioritize effectively
- Comfortable working in industrial environments
- Willingness to travel regionally on a regular basis, with up to 16 days of travel in Florida and South Georgia per month
- Can work successfully independently and in collaboration with team members
- Follows through with customers and enjoys building lasting relationships

Schedule
- Full-Time, Monday–Friday
- Field-based role with frequent regional travel (up to 16 days/month)
- Based out of Jacksonville, FL
Required Qualifications
- 3 years in sales or customer service related roles
- 5 years using Microsoft Office Suite
- Extremely strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Highly Preferred
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics Business Central
- Background in an industrial, manufacturing, or similar B2B environment
Schedule & Compensation
- Full-time, Monday–Friday | 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
- Base Salary Commission | Starting salary is dependent on experience

- This is an outside sales position that will require up to 16 days of on the road travel, including picking up and dropping off products on a dedicated delivery and pickup route to established customers.
