- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a pleasant and productive shopping experience for all customers
- Knowledge of fishing products and techniques
- Demonstrate products to customers and give tips and advice on fishing strategies
- Knowledgeable of advertised sales; maintain pricing and signing
- Keeps work area clean, neat and well stocked with supplies
- Experience in outdoors sales a plus
