Job Description
FD RECONDITIONING SPECIALIST, INC., has been a leading provider of Vehicle Reconditioning Services to the Wholesale Auto Auction Industry since 1999. We are a multi-state company with corporate offices located in Ocoee, Florida. We are currently seeking to add Auto Body Buffer to our growing team in the Ocoee, FL area.

Responsibilities:
- Inspect all painted panels for quality work (i.e. review for bad paint and/or off color) prior to sanding buffing.
- Properly and uniformly sand panels that need to be buffed and uses appropriate company designated products (i.e. compound and buffing pads)
- After buffing process, uses appropriate company procedures to eliminate swirls and detail the vehicle (wash and remove all compounds and wax) to prepare for inspections
- Removing of decals
Requirements:
- Must have previous experience working in an Automotive Collision Repair Shop
- Ability to work under pressure with tight deadlines.
- Able to handle a high demand environment.
- Must be flexible enough to work weekends in a very fast-paced environment.
- Must have own tools
- Must have a clean & valid Driver's License
- Must have a great attitude and is motivated to earn top dollars.
