We are seeking an experienced Auto Detail Shop Manager to lead a high-volume automotive reconditioning operation in the Orlando area.

Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations of the automotive reconditioning shop
- Lead, coach, and develop employees to achieve production goals
- Monitor workflow, productivity, and quality standards
- Ensure vehicles are processed efficiently and meet customer expectations
- Promote a safe, organized, and positive work environment
- Assist with scheduling, staffing, and operational planning
Qualifications
Basic understanding of the automotive industry, preferably within the wholesale auto auction industry
Strong business acumen and decision-making skills
Minimum 3 years of management experience in a high-volume automotive reconditioning environment
Proven experience leading and developing employees
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Computer proficiency required -Required
Knowledge of production management and workflow processes
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including some weekends
