In this role, you’ll be the engine that keeps recruiting running smoothly. With a strong focus on interview coordination and scheduling for experienced and entry‑level talent, you’ll play a key role in shaping the candidate experience and representing our professional brand.
You’ll work closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and employees across the Firm to support candidates throughout the recruiting and onboarding process. In addition to coordination, this role supports recruiting programs and events, process improvement efforts, and university recruiting initiatives—offering exposure to recruiting strategy while building a strong foundation in execution and organization.

The base salary range for this position is $68,000 - $74,000 per year. The pay range reflects the San Francisco Bay Area and compensation will be adjusted for each candidate based on their individual geographic location of work. Please note this position is non-exempt and therefore eligible for overtime, which will be paid in addition to the published base salary range.

- Maintain timely, thoughtful candidate correspondence – serve as point of contact for candidates as they go through the interview process
- Ensure prompt collection of candidate interview evaluations and accurate candidate record keeping
- Support recruiters with campus event logistics such as ordering, organizing, packing, and shipping materials and giveaways. Coordinate catering, event registration, invitations, travel, and materials for interviewers and event attendees
- Assist with coordination of our early identification programs. This would include but is not limited to: catering, transportation, attendee management, event set up, coordination of materials, etc.
- Represent the Firm during interview greetings, program social days, and potentially at virtual or in-person campus recruiting events
- Additional projects throughout the Firm and Recruiting Department as our strategy and reach evolve
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience. Preferred degrees include: Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, Human Resources, Marketing, Communications
- 0-2 years of work experience (work in a professional environment and/or administrative/coordination support role preferred)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Resides in the greater Bay Area
- Ability to travel throughout greater Bay Area as needed
