What are the responsibilities and job description for the CNC Operator position at Frank Ralphs Ltd?
Minimum skills and requirements:
· Operate a CNC 3-Axis Router Table
· Load new programs and perform the initial setup
· Perform first off inspection of parts and maintain quality
· Ensure maximum machine productivity
· Plan work depending on the material to be cut
· Test programs to ensure they match the manufacturer’s drawings
· Interpret cutting and manufacturing drawings
· Able to read CAD Drawings
· Measure in metric and imperial
· Able to use hand tools
· Perform routine CNC maintenance
· Perform other tasks as required
Schooling: High School completed
Languages required: English
Salary offered: $18 to $20 per hour
Number of hours per week: 40. 07:15 to 3:45
