What are the responsibilities and job description for the Lawn Maintenance Foreman position at Frank Polly Sod and Landscape?
We are looking for an experienced maintenance foreman to be responsible for managing a crew of 2 to 6 employees. The foreman will be responsible for driving the crew to jobsite (mandatory valid Florida driver’s license), overseeing work safety, landscape maintenance operations, and related equipment maintenance. Landscape maintenance includes mowing, edging, blowing, trimming, weed spraying/pulling as well as pruning and mulching. Foreman must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in landscape maintenance and be able to safely operate a truck and trailer combo. Foreman must be bilingual in English and Spanish.
Must have valid drivers license and clean record.
Pay based on experience and performance.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 – 50.0 per week
