Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and innovative Architect to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing and overseeing various architectural projects, ensuring they meet both aesthetic and functional requirements. This role requires a strong understanding of construction processes, project management, and the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Develop architectural designs and concepts that align with client needs and project specifications.
- Utilize software tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite for drafting and visualization.
- Prepare detailed construction documents including drawings, specifications, and schedules.
- Manage project scheduling, ensuring timely delivery of milestones and adherence to deadlines.
- Conduct construction estimating to provide accurate budget forecasts for projects.
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals throughout the project lifecycle.
- Negotiate contracts with clients and suppliers to secure favorable terms.
- Oversee renovation projects and ensure compliance with building codes and regulations.
- Engage in business development activities to expand the firm’s client base and project opportunities.
- Utilize advanced modeling software such as NavisWorks, Grasshopper 3D, 3ds Max, Rhinoceros 3D, and ArchiCAD for complex design tasks.
- Provide interior design solutions that enhance the functionality and aesthetics of spaces.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or related field.
- Proven experience in architectural design and project management.
- Proficiency in CAD software including AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, ArchiCAD, as well as familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong skills in project scheduling, budgeting, construction estimating, negotiation, and contracts management.
- Knowledge of construction processes and materials is essential.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present ideas clearly to clients and team members.
- Strong problem-solving abilities with attention to detail in drafting and design work.
- Experience in business development is a plus.

Pay: $82,456.64 - $99,302.63 per year
