This is a great opportunity for someone with prior banking experience who enjoys consultative conversations, cross-selling financial products, and working in a professional office environment. If you’ve worked as a Personal Banker, Relationship Banker, or Financial Services Representative at a bank branch, we’d love to connect with you.
Position Details:
- In-office position
- Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Full-time or part-time opportunities available
- Hourly pay: $20–25/hour based on experience
- Generous commission structure with strong earning potential
Responsibilities:
- Build relationships with new and existing customers
- Market and sell US Bank financial products and services
- Assist customers with:
- Credit cards
- CDs
- Savings accounts
- Consumer loans
- Additional banking products and services
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate financial solutions
- Provide professional customer service and follow-up
- Support agency growth through referrals and relationship-building
- Maintain accurate documentation and account information
- Obtain insurance licensing after starting in the role to support additional agency services
Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of banking experience required
- Previous experience as a Personal Banker, Relationship Banker, or similar banking role preferred
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Comfortable discussing financial products and identifying customer needs
- Sales-minded with a customer-focused approach
- Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
- Ability to obtain insurance licensing after hire
