We are looking for an energetic Customer Development Agent to join our team. In this role, you will be the main point of contact for clients online and over the phone, connecting with them through calls, texts, and emails. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting with client submissions, guiding them through our process, setting appointments, and providing administrative support. Success in this role requires excellent communication skills, top-notch customer service, and the ability to excel in a fast-paced call center environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for client submissions.
- Engage and maintain client relationships.
- Schedule appointments for clients.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a smooth handoff in-store.
- Provide administrative support such as data entry, filing, and document preparation.
- Adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Qualifications for Success:
