Frank Lepori Construction, Inc. is a general contracting firm located in Sparks, NV. We self perform many tasks including residential/commerical painting and our goal is to provide our clients with the highest quality of workmanship and professionalism for every project no matter the size.
We are looking for an experienced Painter to join our team. The ideal candidate for this position will have experience in painting residential and commercial properties, as well as knowledge of the tools and techniques used in the trade. The successful candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, and will have excellent customer service skills. A strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality work is essential for this role.
Responsibilities:
- Follows direction from Site Superintendent/Foreman
- Follows all safety, OSHA and EPA regluations at all times.
- Preparing surfaces for painting.
- Mixing, matching and appliying paints and other finishes to various surfaces.
- Preping surrounding areas to prep for painting.
- Using brushes, rollers, and spray guns to apply paint to surfaces.
- Cleaning and maintaining painting equipment.
- Working with a variety of materials, such as wood, metal, and plastic.
- Maintaining a clean work area.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
