Responsibilities
Greet clients with a smile - in person and over the phone
- Answer calls, route messages, and schedule appointments
- Assist with policy servicing and basic administrative tasks
- Keep our front office organized, clean, and welcoming
- Bring positive energy and take ownership of your space
Requirements
Punctuality - Must be dependable and on time every day (M-F, 8:30 AM sharp)
- Great phone and communication skills
- Professional, presentable appearance - You're the face of the agency
- Confident, take-charge attitude - You notice what needs to be done and get it handled
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus, but not required
Salary : $13 - $18
