Frank Clarke Agency is looking for a friendly, dependable, and organized Insurance Customer Service
Representative to join our team!
We're especially interested in someone with previous insurance experience who enjoys helping clients,
pays attention to detail, and values being part of a supportive, team-oriented environment.
What You'll Do
• Assist clients with questions, policy changes, and service requests
• Process insurance documents, endorsements, and certificates of insurance
• Assist with policy renewals and gather information for submissions
• Communicate with insurance carriers and underwriters
• Maintain accurate, organized client records and follow up on outstanding items
• Provide friendly, professional customer service
What We're Looking For
• Previous insurance industry experience strongly preferred
• Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance license preferred
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Excellent organization and attention to detail
• Comfortable using computers, email, and agency management systems
• Ability to multitask, work independently, and be part of a team
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Position Details
• Full-time, 4-5 days per week
• On-site office position (not remote)
• No evenings or weekends
